3. There are two types of anchor rods: welding and hot riveting. Welding has the advantages of saving metal materials, high productivity, good operating conditions, and easy mechanization and automation. The welding part has good mechanical properties and sealing. The quality of riveted products is stable, the structure is earthquake resistant, impact resistant, the connection is firm and reliable, and the dynamic performance is good.

Welding process:

The connection method between the channel and the I-beam is welding: the connection method of welding the I-beam onto the channel.

Riveting process:

The connection method between the groove and the anchor rod is riveting: the anchor rod is threaded through the prefabricated hole in the groove and hot riveted to form a connection method.

External groove

External groove is an installation method that uses hand hole bolts to fix the groove.

Installation is selective: it can be installed in positions where there is a need and hand hole bolt, and can be omitted in positions where it is not needed, which can save some grooves and be installed after the tunnel is formed.

Replaceable embedded channel
